MGM grand or Fountainebleau

Going to Vegas the week of Labor Day. I currently have a Standard King room booked at MGM Grand for around $460, which includes a $100 food and beverage credit for 4 nights. I love MGM Grand and have stayed there before.
However, I have a deal for Fontainebleau for $617 for the same number of nights, plus a $50 per day food and beverage credit. I’ve never stayed at Fontainebleau before, but the rooms look really nice.
I’m going with my fiancée, and we usually like relaxing in the room, going to the pool, dining, and doing whatever activity sounds fun at the time. I think the obvious answer might be MGM since it’s such a great deal, but I’m curious to hear any thoughts and what you’d choose.
