Hello, 3 months ago I bought a bean to cup machine for the first time. The problem is that I’ve tried various beans (Lavazza, Kimbo, etc.) and different settings grind levels of 3 or 4, bean intensity at 2 or 3 but the taste is either bitter or too strong or too light. Which beans or settings should I use to get as close as possible to the taste I used to love: Nespresso Arpeggio?
