Need some pointers

I am helping my friend shop for a car and she’s currently set on this 2013 Spark LT, it has 104k and it’s the automatic transmission. They are asking $5200 for it, they didn’t disclose any issues except some problems with the door handles on the passenger door which is probably an easy enough fix. I have always stuck with driving much older vehicles so I don’t really know what to look out for or expect with this thing, any common issues that are going to start popping up at this mileage? Is the price ludicrous? Any input is appreciated.
