Standing 7 to 9 feet tall on two legs, it has a slightly rounded, triangular shaped head with long, pointed ears. The head is like the muzzle of a dog with a prominent snout and its ears are often at least half the length as its head's length. It has hands that resemble both those of a human and those of a raccoon at the same time, often compared to the hands of primates or an opossum's front paws. It has a bushy tail that is usually short in proportion to the rest of its body when compared to canines and seems to be more closely related to bears and raccoons than humans. The Amish and Mennonites call it a dogman. The city folks call it the Werewolf of Defiance, Ohio or the London, Ohio Werewolf. It isn't a werewolf, but a dogmen subspecies. It runs on its hind legs at 48 to 72 miles per hour, howling and barking and yipping through the prairies and mixed forests of the Jonaldplayn in Southwest Central Ohio. They say it's eyes glow orange, yellow, or red but really it just has very reflective eyes. The Ohio Orange Eyes stare back at you. It has ankles high up on its legs, in the middle of the shin between the knees and feet. These are often called backwards knees, high ankles, or hock-jointed dog-like legs. Its feet are somewhat between primate and canine feet, not quite like those of a man nor those of a coyote. They leave long and narrow footprints in the soil and dirt due to the backs of their legs touching the ground as they jump on their haunches, much like a rabbit, leaving long tracks of its hind legs. Their galloping and long-jump ways of travelling, it's very distinct and easy to recognize. They also prefer over this, whenever possible, to travel arboreally through the canopy of trees. Have you seen the Weyiwaya? This is the legend of the Jonaldplayn Dogman, a creature that many don't believe can exist, until they see it.
