Got a JL for Ninja role

I got my OL on Jan 26. Two days ago, I decided to mail them asking for updates, and they immediately sent me mails one after the other regarding the onboarding processes and documents to upload. Posted as Assistant Systems Engineer (Grade Y). I am asked to join 23rd of this month.

Here’s the thing. I am a mechanical engineering graduate (passed out this year), and have an amateur experience in Python and Linux.
Can someone explain me the following:

• How long is the duration of the ILP?
• What are the time schedules, and do I get leave on Saturday and Sunday?
• What are the prerequisites I can take for now, considering the fact that there’s roughly two weeks left to join
