   How should I stat my character for crafting the highest pot Halberds and would I be able to craft 2HS as well?
   255 STR
   255 AGI
   & the rest TEC?

2. )
   What gear should I obtain for this? (STR%? AGI%? DEX%? +DEX?)

3. )
   And what's the numeral differences between putting stats in DEX vs TEC for increasing BS prof and increasing the success rate for crafting equipment?
