passport situation

HI! I will soon need to change my passport that i had on my CB account for the past 4 years cause its gonna expire. How to go about it? Has anyone had problems when changing passport? I heard that that models have had problems cause system doesnt understand that its them? i would love some real experiences how easy it was to replace passport on CB.
