Menethil Harbor Dark Iron Dwarf Elite farm worth it?

Is it worth to grind thesee and farm them? currently lvl 32 warrior with WW axe and Fiery enchant. I want to grind for a couple of hours, these seem relatively safe at my level ( elites are mostly lvl 28) and I think since they are elites they will provide good loot/raw gold.

Thoughts and recomendations?
