is it normal to experience nausea and stomach ache after giving cunnilingus?

every time i (19nb) give cunnilingus, i have a stomach ache right afterwards leading into the next day. i have been sexually active for 3 months with my first sexual partner (who has not had their previous sexual partners have the same stomach issues) and give head very frequently (essentially every time we have sex) so i'm getting kind of sick of getting sick every time. i have always had some level of stomach problems, especially following a period of time from when i was 16-17 where i would daily puke up bile from severe stress and birth control. i also think maybe the sheer amount of vaginal fluid i drink may be relevant? maybe it's the acidity? i'm not sure but my tummy hurts 😣😣☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ and i can't find that many resources on it
