The pain of filtering on a niche fandom and it's all red pill propaganda

I was excited to check out a niche (fandom wise since most people who like it are 40-60 year old men) interest of mine, only to find out half the fics were all straight up red pill propaganda. What's especially crazy to me is that the media is a fact based tv program, but i guess it makes sense since many of it's enjoyers are older white men. I've decided to write a fic within the fandom to give anyone else checking it out a more positive experience.
