Will Call at the Ritz

I purchased pre sale tickets from their website using Seated, rather than using Ticketmaster.

My type A self assumed we would have received additional information on what time will call opens and where will call is by now. (I’ve only been to the Ritz once. It is a testament to my desire to see The Pretty Reckless because I really dislike the Ritz.)

Has anyone used Seated before and have experience with this so I know what to expect? I work close to the Ritz and was hoping to pick up my tickets before heading home to get ready.
