Audio when parkouring and small bug questions.

I just started playing the game now and the first mission with Stede i couldnt intertact to follow stede, it just took some running around then it went, and when i was done with the first synchronize, it froze me there but i could hear and see stuff moving, then it unfroze me after i just spammed stuff, and then it just would freeze the game complete for a couple minutes twice after, then again not letting me interact with Stede. i reloaded the game and tried to interact with him but it didnt work until it finally went, now im in the bar scene. The game recommended i download it on a SSD but that wasn't available at the time, just wondering if this is a problem others are having or if i should just redownload to an SSD.

Secondly, everytime im climbing i hear like a "bum" sound, its just mildly annoying and i cant find anything online about it, seems to only be when im climbing.
