Background check

I've had a dasher account since 2021.. I've been a full-time dasher for the last year. Yesterday my account was suspended due to my background check. I haven't decently gotten in any trouble or even a speeding ticket, but I have a pair of misdemeanor charges from an incident that happened in 2019. Has this happened to anyone else? Was your account reinstated or permanently deactivated?
