I’m a fresh law graduate looking to get enrolled with the BCD. I wanted to know if I can collect and submit the enrolment form at the BCD office in Rohini Court itself, or do I have to visit the main BCD office to collect and submit the form? Would really appreciate any recent experiences.

I’m a bit confused about the process. Are the enrolment forms available at the BCD office in Rohini Court, with submission only at the main Bar Council of Delhi office? Or can both collection and submission be done at Rohini?
Also, if I have to submit my application at the main BCD office, I don’t personally know any advocates. Since the form requires verification/signatures from two enrolled advocates, how does that work? Is it common to find advocates near the BCD office who are willing to verify the form after checking the documents, or is there some other procedure?
I’d really appreciate any guidance from someone who has gone through the process recently.
