Is it bad to have coil buzz noise ? On surface laptop 7 13.8inch x elite

While unplugged and on battery the laptop is silent , but if i open a demanding game like the witcher 3 (or any other older games) there is coil buzz noise while either plugged or unplugged .

Noise is electeical currents passing or buzzing but heard only when i focus or be in a silent room (if a fan nearby or i open the window i dont hear it or hear it if i focus trying to hear it)

My questions

1- will the noise remain the same or increase with time?

2- is coil buzz normal and i can play on my laptop or i shouldnt play on it ? (I dont play much to begin with but its concerning me)

3- does it damage my battery or my laptop?

4- what the normal noise should be heard from or what the situation its usually heard at?
