Hard Drive Issue

Had a hard drive get knocked over and now it's clicking like the Predator about to end someone. I'm having trouble trying to find a legit place in the Chicago area that might be able to take a look and see if it's possible to fix. Everything I've found so far is small places with no info on this type of hardware fix. Or for the most part has not responded in weeks to any emails on the possibility of it being done. So... does anyone in the Chicago area know of a place?! Worst option is me mailing it out. It's a mechanical failure.
