I want to focus on building an adventure on a "need-to-know" basis. Rather than designing a vividly detailed plot line we focus on the here and now. Examples:

1. Whats in the room? (Items, People, Traps)

2. Who is important to the location?

3. What crisis (quests) can players take on?

4. Encounter based scenarios.
