How do I remove these nails without damaging the metal ceiling in my covered patio?

I need to remove several ceiling panels in my covered patio to add some blocking so I can install a motorized ceiling mount for an outdoor TV. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to cut or remove the nails to remove the panels without damaging them. Ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
