Partiality on Offline stores and online stores.

So, one day i went to mall to try out some perfumes to buy. I went to Nykaa store. There the person gave me MRP price. While online it showed 45% off.

For eg. A perfume was of 1800/-, online app showed 1080/-

When I showed him, that online prices are this, can't you give me at the same price, by taking my contact number, and giving me at the same online price. He said "Nope. We don't do that. Online Nykaa app is different and offline is different. We don't give online prices."

My Question is "WHY?!" WHEN IT IS THE SAME DAMN THING!!

MEANWHILE TIRA DOES NOT DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN ONLINE AND OFFLINE. They legit ask your tier and give discount on that basis. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU NYKAA?
