grounds for reporting my professor?
i have a professor who just seems to be outright awful at their job. A couple weeks back, they waited up until 2 days before the due date to upload our assignments due that week. Now, I get everyone can make mistakes. I wouldn’t have cared that much if it was as simple as one assignment, but the mistakes seem like they’re becoming more frequent now.
Monday, our project was uploaded. Due this coming Wednesday, leaving us 9 days for a big, final 20 step project. Can’t lie, I was a little peeved. I would’ve liked more time to work on the project, given I’m taking 2 other classes who are also posting our finals and things like that. but i get it, the work load is my own fault for taking on multiple classes during the summer semester. HOWEVER, the project is meant to be completed on an outdated software. And when I try to do so, the task required in my project just…. isn’t available anymore. I’ve been emailing my professor about this for 3 days now, since the project was uploaded. At first, I was at least getting one response a day. now they’re just outright not answering me… and this project is due in 6 days.
I’ve been waiting for a response, stressing on how to get this project started. And I know they’re in office, as they’ve sent out plenty of emails. And even uploaded the link to our final this morning, no response still.
And to top it all off? The link to the damn final…. doesn’t work either. It’s expired.
We’re literally in the summer semester. At most, this semester lasts 2 months... And this seems like a lot of issues that have arisen over this not even 2 month period.
Genuine question, at what point does it become grounds to report this professor?
