Mods that replicate healthcare/being a doctor?

Hello! I’m looking for a mod that replicates being a doctor. I would like to make a storyline that MAINLY takes place in a hospital with all of the normal healthcare functions.

The characters would still have their own respective homes but all of them work at the hospital together so that would be the main aspect.

I am open to having multiple mods for this but I just don't know where to start as my google searches didn‘t list what I was looking for.

Thank you!
