PDX RELEASES

Hey guys I’m confused. I’m in UR and I haven’t been in this dept long. I’m stuck because I have a few pdx claims where I’m waiting on the releases from ac and only one has sent me one. I’ve called them a few times to send them over. What do I need to do? Does it really take this long for them to send things back? Please don’t make fun of me, I’m trying to learn, thanks.
