Audit to FP&A

After 9y in audit, I got a job in technical accounting. It was my only way to move from big4 to industry because here in Germany, a big4 experience is not considered superior to industry experience when applying for a job in industry.

Now, how do I move to FPA?

Also is FPA dying because LLM models can do all that?
