Any tips on how to find a career coach?

I’m looking for a career coach and hoping to get some guidance.

For context: I’m a UX designer who has been in two back-to-back toxic workplaces where I’ve dealt with severe retaliation for reporting discrimination.

I’m thinking about leaving the field entirely, so looking for someone who is experienced with helping people navigate away from toxic workplaces, possibly transitioning to a new field, and how to manage hurdles like a lack of accomplishments relative to tenure in the role.
