AOVO PRO ES80 Keeps Beeping

Just purchased this Aovo pro es80 yesterday from someone and it rides perfect with no error codes on LCD screen but I cannot get it to connect to the Aovo pro app & I can’t get it to stop beeping either when riding. Anyone know what I could do? I see Aovo doesn’t have an actual customer service phone number so that sucks
