Average 1 BHK Property value in Al Jaddaf?

Hi All,

Have been eyeing a unit in Al Jaddaf since a while but it has bee difficult to get at a price point I would prefer. What is the price recommended to go for a 1 Bhk in off-plan property if I am looking to sell after 3-4 years.

I am getting a quote for 1.3M in Binghatti but unsure of that price. Will there be enough appreciation after 3-4 years. What is the average resale price in the area? Earlier had thought of investing in studios but 850-900k didn't make sense. So, was wondering if I should go for a 1 bhk instead.

Would love feedback from those who have invested in that area and can comment on possible appreciation value and rental income.
