Sony WF-1000XM5 or Galxy buds 4 pro?(Or anything else)

I am getting the XM5 for 16k and the Buds 4 Pro for 19.5k.

I will be using it with my Samsung phone and a non-Samsung laptop.

I will be using it for almost everything, like Gaming on my laptop, YouTube tutorials, movies, listening to songs, calls(1hr+), and scrolling reels, etc.

So basically, I might use it for long hours.

I would love to have a working ANC(need not be the best, but shouldn't be the worst).

According to the internet, XM5 has a better sound, but it isn't as comfortable for long hours as the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro.

Should I just buy the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro?

I am also open to other options as well, even an over-the-ear headphone if there's enough justification(I like how the TWS are more portable and less on the face to everyone around me)
