I'M SCARED OF COCKROACHES

I want to know my people, I'm scared of cockroaches, and i mean SCARED. I once got found a cockroach on my arm and cried all night till morning and couldn't breath mid sleep.

I THOUGHT I'M OVER IT NOW, cuz like it had been long time, few times I've seen it at home i was not wearing my glasses and my siblings take care of it, so i basically didn't get traumatized CUZ I'M BLIND AF WITHOUT MY GLASSES.

Yet no, yesterday i found one and I'm by myself in grandma's house, I FREAKED OUT, I COULDN'T F BREATH STARTED CRYING EVEN TRIED TO CALL MY FRIENDS FOR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, but THANKFULLY, my mom was coming and she came in just time. But now that it's almost sun set I'm scared af though i want to stay up at night but now idk what to do, if i see one today I'm cooked bc there's no one to help and I'm losing my shit.

Is this normal? AND tell me pls there are ppl like meeee
