Insurance overpaid on my reimbursement claim and now they are asking for it back

Made this throwaway account cause I’m not sure about the legality of this situation but figured I’d try and get some insight on the situation. Numbers have been replaced with X’s to try and reduce information connected to me. So not too long ago my apartment got robbed and they sent me about $750 for the claim. Today I chose to repurchase one of my items and they said they sent me X amount of money. I check my bank account and they had accidentally sent me way more than it was supposed be. They have now emailed me stating “Hello, I overpaid you for the recoverable depreciation you sent the receipt in for. The payment was supposed to be XXX with a total payout on the claim of XXX and I accidentally issued the payment for the XXX. We cannot reverse the payment on our end. If you submit receipts in the future, please note that we will not be able to reimburse any additional amounts until the overpayment we made today is resolved.” It doesn’t sound like they are taking legal action but then again this happened a couple of hours ago. I have not touched the money and it is just sitting in my bank account right now. Would really appreciate some insight on this because I’ve never really experienced this before
