[OoT] how much will nostalgia ruin the reimagining of this game for you?

Nostalgia is one of those strange things that can sometimes cloud our judgement on certain things just because it brings back memories of a time in your life, be it books, games, films etc. But do you think the nostalgia of playing the original game will ruin this reimagining for you? I'm a little bit nervous about it because of that nostalgia, and I believe the N64 original is pretty perfect in my opinion. When I saw it announced I was definitely indifferent and I'm still not sure if I'll play, which is fine because the N64 version still exists. 37 if it helps so I was 9 when the original came out.
