About renting place in vazha pshavela

I have been searching for flats recently near metros in saburtalo line. Its for two indian girls
And one of my friends said dont take flats in vazha pshavela blocks, there will be 5-6 hours power outrage sometimes. Is this true?
Can anyone confirm it? Because i really liked one place there
