Romance path

So I just redownloaded the game not too long ago, and I’m playing season two and am only on day two, episode four. I’m currently planning on romancing Will but if I kiss Logan while bandaging his hand, does that make me obligated to continue romancing him? Or will the other life seekers find out and call me a cheater or some sort?
