Online store possible deal discrepancy

The PlayStation web store often has game deals or bundles that are non existent on the console store front, why is that ?. I just learned that the first two yakuza games are bundled together for super cheap on the browser site. I went to the console store page and theirs not even an option for it it’s just the two games separately for more expensive , so I bought it from the browser as a bundle instead perfectly fine and it plays on my ps5 . It’s just weird that the listings are different.
