Just stopped a lady from giving money to one of those “monks”

I was waiting for the light and watched as he just put the bracelet on the older lady and watched as she reluctantly started to go for her purse. So I told her to just give them back and that she didn’t have to pay. She gave them back.

The death stare towards me from the monk though 😭😂
