Today I wrote 4,000 words, solved a plot problem, and had a great time.

Most of the posts on this sub come down to people asking permission to do something when the answer is obviously "yes, but do it well", people agonizing over the quality of their writing, catastrophizing and feeling sorry for themselves.

And i get it. Writing is scary. You're putting a part of yourself out there for other people to see, and judging by the posts, most of you are terrified of being seen.

So I thought to myself, why not make a post where we celebrate what we did well. No matter how small or huge.

You wrote a great, quotable sentence? Marvelous!

You planned a book? Wonderful!

You finished a first draft? Go you!

You finally sat down after weeks or months and wrote a terrible paragraph? Hell yea!
