thoughts on med biophysics 4730a or 4720b?

hey guys,

i’m a fourth year biochem student and i'm looking into taking med biophys 4730a this year and wanted to see if anyone could share their experience with it.

looking at the course outline, it seems biochem-heavy, which is perfect since that's my background. but honestly, physics is NOT my thing at all. for anyone who has taken it, how much heavy physics/math is actually involved? do you think it’s manageable for someone with a pretty basic physics background, and how were the exams?

also, has anyone done med biophys 4720b? the content looks really intersting, but the fact that the grading is just split into three exams is making me a bit nervous. how fair are the tests and what's the overall workload like?

any insights on the structure or vibe of either course would be amazing, thanks!
