Kitchener train station -- stupidest station ever?

Got off the GO train today in Kitchener and man... it's hard to explain all the many ways in which that station is dysfunctional, stupid and exasperating. Parking lot has one entrance, off some tiny street that people are pausing on to do dropoffs and pickups because they don't want to enter the maelstrom that is the parking lot when a train pulls in. Is anyone proposing to make this thing work, somehow? Or maybe connect to local transit, say? Just a thought.
