Fearful Avoidant Discard/Breakup Chat

If anyone wants to chat with me about their FA discard, please DM me. i am going through it right now. I will try to share the knowledge that i have learned and will also be a listening ear for you if you want to rant and share experiences about it.
For some context, you can look at my other post but essentially, my FA seemingly saw me as her exception. basically said she usually hates people she ends things with but that she didn’t with me. broke up with my twice (this is the third time) and came back within 3 days or less each time (except this time obviously). she admitted discarding people is a pattern for her and that she manufactured reasons to leave me because she was scared of how safe i made her feel and how loved she felt by me.
