How do i get rid of the rotation lock on my mouse camera?

This is probably dumb but ive played twice and when i rotate my mouse to rotate my cam it will lock at like 359° qnd i have to fully go the other way around. It wont let me just spin in circles, hunter or hider. And its driving me crZy.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
