Does my roommate suck?

So I (21 F) live with my boyfriend (22 M) and my 2yr old, we needed a roommate and my friend (22 F) let’s call her Jade moved in June 1st.
We’ve been friends for about 4 years and have never had any issues between us. However I’ve been getting frustrated with her recently, there have been a few situations I found kinda strange.
Example no.1 the other week I got into the shower. Usually I ask if Jade or her boyfriend need to use the bathroom before I go in. They (Jade n her Bf) had just gotten home and were getting ready to eat their takeout. I stood in her doorway (we were having a conversation) and evaluated what was going on lol. I figured I didn’t have to ask before going in the shower this time considering they were about to eat. I mean they had their takeout open, show on…they were ready to chill.

However…I get in the shower and I’m in there for maybe 5 minutes before there’s a knock on the door. I say “come in!” I figured it was Jade. She opened the door and I peaked my head out from the curtain and asked “do you have to use the bathroom?” She said “no, I need to get in the shower”
I was kind of taken aback because who does that?
I didn’t confront her about it because I didn’t think she was trying to be rude. I told myself “if she does it again I’m going to say something.”

Example no.2
We were having a 4th of July get together and I asked if anyone involved wanted to split the cost of anything Jade said she would get the meat, for more context she makes good money and only had to buy the meat. My other friend bought the alcohol and pitched in on helping me buy other food and decorations.
I spent $250 on everything else for the party.
She got one thing of burgers ($30) and one whole chicken($12).
We had about 20 people attending so I said “we probably need another thing of burgers” and she tried debating it with me. Same with the buns…I ended up just getting it myself. Btw we both wanted to throw this party it’s not like I just put it on her to buy these things. I also didn’t expect anyone to spend as much money as I did. I just found it odd she kept pushing we didn’t need to get more. 20 burger patties come in a pack.

Example no.3
This was literally last night, I made pasta and offered some to her and her boyfriend. They accepted…they actually ate the rest of the food. I was expecting left overs but totally didn’t care because I DID offer it. Anyway after they brought their dishes out (and didn’t wash them) Jade grabbed her little brownie bites and made a comment about how “everyone in the house has been eating them”….i didn’t eat any and my boyfriend does not eat sweets. I got kind of upset and very quickly was on the defense “I didn’t touch them :| “ kind of vibe. She didn’t say anything. She’s not the kind to be weirdly malicious either I don’t understand why she would say that.

Example no.4
My last example…after the brownie thing I’m talking like 20 minutes after. Jade hands me my phone (I had it plugged in, in the bathroom I was showering in there) she says “hey here’s your phone I need my charger” it took me a second to realize she was holding my charger. We have multiple so usually my boyfriend uses the one she was holding.
Earlier I grabbed it out of my bedroom and plugged it into the bathroom because I like to listen to music or podcasts while I’m in the shower. I stopped her and very politely said “hey that’s my charger” she debated it but soon realized it was NOT hers. However kept trying to say the charger box was hers. My boyfriend said “does it say *brand of charger*?” She said yes and he was like “well Jade it’s mine” she then also realized it wasn’t hers and was my boyfriends! It was kinda just strange. She apologized and just went back into her room.

I also realize these are not things that are big deals but it’s just one small thing after the next. She also leaves common areas a mess, dishes in the sink, clothes in the washer. When she moved in she left all of her boxes and bins around cluttering up the home. I am very understanding at least I like to think so, so I told her take your time unpacking. Maybe that was a mistake because now her belongings are still in boxes but now in the front closet. Where I put them….she also will come into the living room while I’m watching tv or my son is and take over. She will turn on MY PlayStation and her boyfriend and her will just sit down and only after doing so say “is it okay if I use the tv?” I am really bad at laying down boundaries.
I told her I do not mind if she wants to use my tv at all. It IS in the LIVINGroom haha. But I just don’t appreciate the lack of consideration/ respect. My boyfriend and I don’t touch her stuff at all without asking.

Am I being too sensitive? I need advice on how to approach her about my issues without anyone getting upset.
Her and I usually hangout and have so much fun together these are just a few things I found strange.
I also want to apologize for the way I typed my grammar is ass and I’ve only ever posted on Reddit once before haha. Thanks for taking the time to read my post!
