Rointe fiore warm air

My Rointe Fiore 12kBTU got delivered yesterday from heater shop.co.uk.

I have left it standing for 24 hours I have left it running for the last hour in air con mode with the fan on max speed however the air coming out of it is not cold, it’s set to 16 degrees, if anything the air coming out is a little cooler than the air in the room which is currently 33 degrees.

It’s not cold at all compared to air I have felt coming out of other air con units. The air coming out of the exhaust is slightly warm but also not as warm as I would expect.

Has anyone had similar issues with this unit, any suggestions before I send it back?
