Anyone notice stronger appetite suppression when splitting doses between pharmacies?

Not sure if this is just placebo, but has anyone else experienced something similar?

I’ve been taking 7 mg of OptioRX for the past few weeks. When I take the entire dose from Optio, my appetite suppression is noticeably weaker.
However, when I split the same total dose between two pharmacies, the suppression is much stronger and kicks in almost immediately.
So far I’ve tried:

Optio + Apothecary - excellent suppression
Hallandale + BPI -excellent suppression
Optio alone - noticeably less suppression
Hallandale alone- decent but not as strong
BPI alone - almost no suppression for me

The total dose stays the same, only the source changes. It makes me wonder if it’s just in my head or if anyone else has noticed differences between pharmacies or when mixing compounds.
