I found a hidden biohazard on my own body and I am honestly spiraling

So I consider myself a very clean person. I shower every morning, I use decent body wash, and I even scrub behind my ears like a fanatic. I thought I had every single inch covered. But then I was just sitting on the couch and I poked my belly button for no reason. I don't know why I did it, I just did. When I put my finger to my nose I just ABSOLUTELY lost it. It was like a mixture of old cheese and a wet gym locker. How is this even possible?

i have been living like this for years probably. I shower every single day but I guess the water just passes over it because it is deep? It feels like a betrayal by my own skin. Now I am spiraling and thinking about every other fold or crevice I might be ignoring. I should of known better but here we are. Like, do people actually wash inside their nostrils every day? Do you guys scrub the back of your knees with actual soap or just let the suds run down?

I spent twenty minutes in the bathroom with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol trying to solve the mystery. It took way too much work to get the situation under control and even now I feel like a walking disaster. I am paranoid that if I noticed it, then everyone at work could notice too when I move around. Why is this even a thing?
