Hey fellow gamers,

With the Global Closed Beta live, there's a lot of buzz around Aniimo.

Here's a quick summary of what the community has been talking about:

* The game is shaping up as a free-to-play open-world creature collector with a big twist: the Twine system, where you actually merge with your Aniimo and play as them for exploration, puzzles, and combat.
* A lot of people are saying it feels like a mix of Pokémon (collecting and raising creatures) + Palworld (open world freedom) + some Breath of the Wild exploration vibes.

Positive points people are highlighting:

* Cute and charming creature designs The Twine mechanic feels fresh and fun Beautiful colorful world Real-time combat instead of turn-based.
* Some players are also discussing the usual beta stuff (performance, bugs) and there's been some conversation about AI usage in development. The devs already clarified they didn't use AI for creature design, which calmed down most of the worries.

Overall the reception has been mostly positive so far, with many calling it one of the more promising monster-collecting games coming in 2026. If you're playing the beta or just following the game, what do you think? Is the Twine system living up to the hype?
