Yozma In10 Pro - I need help

So I got myself Yozma In10 pro around 3-4 days ago (ordered off amazon) and assembled it fully (besides the battery which was shipped separately). So today, the battery finally arrives. I go to plug it in (with the li-ion charger that Yozma provided with the bike) and it doesn't do anything. The light stays green and the fans in the charger do not activate. I dont think its plugged in wrong, it has the kind of ridge-like markings still out of the battery (saw 2 other people on yt charge it this way) and its plugged into a stable outlet. Does anyone know what the cause of this can be? I saw somewhere the battery is in some hibernation safety mode or something but Im not sure how I can tell. Please let me know if you have had this happen or if you have ANY info. (for reference its a li-ion battery and charger and the 60v, 27ah battery.) I don't know if this helps, but I am charging the battery OUT of the bike, so it is a direct connection from outlet to charger to battery, its not plugged into the side of the bike.
