Someone opened a fraudulent account in my wife’s name

We are not chime customers. We tried to call multiple times to get it shut down, but we get nowhere cause the scammers used her maiden name and we only have photo IDs with her current last name. I really need help to figure out who I can talk to to help us, cause customer service at 1-844-244-6363 keeps hanging up on us after the 3rd time we tell them we don’t have an ID with the maiden name. This has been an absolute nightmare. Please someone help me figure out a way to get this resolved

Edit: Outside of this, we have already frozen her credit and enrolled in Chex systems.
