Want to go back to school to be a SANE, or SAFE in NYC. What would be the best route/programs you recommend?

I went to school for computer science, but didn't really use the degree and ended up working at recruitment agency for nurses. Working with them inspired me to become one myself.

I live in NYC and have a flexible schedule. I would like to avoid student loans as much as possible and pay what I can out of pocket.

I imagine getting my Associates first, then ICU experience and going back for BSN then finally SAFE courses. I understand this is a 6 year undertaking but im prepared.
