Any suggestions for a good lofi sound?

I keep watching videos for the Roland P6 sampler because I’m intrigued by its lofi, gritty sound. It even has a dedicated lofi buttons.

I’ve tried chaining effects in Koala to try to replicate that sound but haven’t cracked it yet.

The P6 has a low sample rate of 11.1kHz, so I’ve dialed Koala’s Bitcooker to that number. It helps, but I’m too dumb to figure out what else to try.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
