Part 2 of Roommate has the landlord provided washing machines in her room and is refusing to let me use it because she “doesn’t want us in her room”

TLDR: in my apartment, you can only access the laundry room through my roommates room and she is refusing to let me and our other roommate use it anymore. Joint lease, laundry machines are landlord provided

Recent texts I got from her aunt:
\- “I’m her aunt and I don’t want anyone to go to her room without her permission and if you want to wash ur laundry u have to use downstairs or if u use it u have to pay for the lundry”
\- “I really mean it”
\- “No one mess with my niece”

Recent texts from my landlord about the situation:
\- LL: “No the lease does not say it is exclusively for her use. It is for the units use. I can send you the lease again if you need it. Washer and dryer are always provided for the unit not specific room use only”
\- Me : “So does that mean she is violating the lease? Sorry I’m just trying to get some clarity”
\- LL: “I can send her a text saying that the use of washer and dryer are for the unit and not exclusive to one person. Hopefully that will help and you guys can work on a time/day to allow use.”

Is her aunt threatening me? Can she even say that she wants to make us PAY for the laundry machines the landlord provided? Im feeling EXTREMELY uncomfortable now. I think my landlord was avoiding to say in writing that she’s violating the lease, but it sounds like this is what he is saying to me.

I recently learned about the Right to Quiet Enjoyment. Does that apply here? What can I do now? Everything here is documented in text. I am currently visiting family and not in my apartment. But I am dreading going back because I do not feel comfortable.
