I've just undergone LiTT (Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy) and am wondering about others experience

I've very recently had LiTT therapy. I'm wondering how people have felt after they've undergone it. I don't know anyone whose had it. Its been nearly two weeks, and today I had a rather anxious feeling that lasted a few hours, I was told this can be normal.

I'm interested in hearing about other peoples experience who've had it, what has been helpful, what hasn't, or just stories in general and about changes you noticed after surgery, did it stay like that or change.

And how long people waiting until returning to work.

Any stories essentially, and on whats helped, i'm all ears!
